Managing Your Data (GDPR)

Learn how to export your data, delete specific records, or delete your entire account under GDPR.

This guide covers how to export, delete, or fully erase your data from the Sports Impact Technologies app under your GDPR rights.

All options are in the same place

Go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Your Data to access all the actions below.

Export Your Data

Download a copy of your profile, session history, and impact records.

Tap "Export All Data"

Your data will be compiled and sent to your registered email as a JSON file within 24 hours.

Delete Specific Data

Remove individual sessions or impact records without deleting your account.

1.
Tap "Manage Data"

View a list of all your sessions and records.

Select and delete

Choose the items to remove, then tap Delete Selected and confirm.

Irreversible

Deleted records cannot be recovered. Export your data first if you need a backup.

Delete Your Account

Permanently erase your account and all associated data. You can find this option in your account settings.

This cannot be undone

All data — profile, sessions, team associations, and impact records — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Tap "Delete Account"

At the bottom of the Your Data page.

Confirm by typing your email

Tap Permanently Delete to confirm.
