Creating Your Account & Workspace

Sign up, create your workspace and first team, and invite coaches.

Get up and running with Sports Impact Technologies in a few minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account, setting up a workspace, and inviting your coaching staff.

Sign Up & Verify Your Email

Create your account from the web dashboard or mobile app.

Go to the sign-up page

Visit staging-app.sportsimpact.tech and tap Create Account, or open the SIT mobile app and tap Sign Up.

Enter your details

Provide your name, email address, and a password.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification link and tap it to activate your account.

Create Your First Workspace

A workspace is the top-level container for your organisation. All teams, players, and session data live inside a workspace.

Name your workspace

After signing in for the first time you will be prompted to create a workspace. Enter your club or organisation name.

Choose your sport

Select the primary sport your organisation participates in. This helps tailor the dashboard experience.

Create Your First Team

Teams sit inside a workspace and group the players you monitor together.

Open the Teams section

From the dashboard sidebar, navigate to Teams.

Tap Create Team

Give the team a name (e.g. "Senior Men's") and pick the sport if different from your workspace default.

Add players

You can add players immediately or come back to this later. Each player just needs a name to get started.

Invite Coaches & Admins

Bring your coaching staff on board so they can run sessions and view data.

Go to Settings > Members

Open your dashboard settings and select the Members tab.

Send an invitation

Enter their email address and choose a role — Admin for full access or Coach for session and team management.
